Shipping and Delivery

Cyprus

We deliver our products with our refrigerated trucks to all Cities in Cyprus to the customers locations.

Our delivery schedule per area/city is as follows:

Nicosia District

  • Nicosia Mall and Mall of Cyprus (Nicosia) – every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays.
  • Rest of Nicosia – every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. No deliveries on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Larnaca District

  • Deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. No deliveries on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Famagusta District

  • Winter months: Deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. No deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Summer Months: Deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. No deliveries on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Limassol District

  • Limassol Marina Area and Old Port: Deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. No deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
  • Rest of Limassol: Deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. No deliveries on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Paphos District:

  • Deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. No deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

 

More Information

Our Distribution centre does not dispatch over Sundays.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination district and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact us @ 99251146 or 99271383.

Upon delivery of the order, the customer has to check the invoiced quantity and quality of the products delivered. In case of any issues, you must immediately inform the driver so the necessary actions can be taken.

If orders are not placed by 23:00 the latest the previous day of your scheduled delivery day, then your order will be executed and delivered on the next available day of the specific district.

If you are not in when your order arrives, the driver or the route coordinator will get in touch with you, and if you still are unable to be there to receive the order within 15 minutes, we will either not deliver the order or follow your instructions accordingly with no responsibility on our behalf.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates might be modified and you will be informed accordingly.
